Today we introduce a short 6-minute inner body and grounding meditation, we guide you towards a peaceful place in your heart space and walk you through every step.
Grounding is most important and with daily practice you too will start to feel the benefits very quickly, being grounded helps to meet a spiritual balance within our daily lives.
Meditation need not be a chore, we find that meditating often and at short intervals gives excellent results quickly and efficiently. Our spoken inner body meditation allows the listener to experience their higher self, let go of the daily grind and promotes the oneness of being.
